The Longview Farm Subdivision swimming pool is open to all families in Longview Farm.

The pool is a great way to cool off during hot weather. Your kids will have a blast splashing on the waterslide or in the fountains. There’s even a separate wading pool for toddlers, complete with a giant mushroom!

You will enjoy socializing at our annual pool party, and you can even reserve the pool for social events of your own.

Outdoors

The families of Longview Farm Subdivision enjoy the outdoors.

Challenge your neighbor to a game of tennis or basketball, go for a stroll along the paved walking path, or just relax and watch your kids as they play on the playground.

Longview Farm Subdivision in Lee’s Summit features two paved tennis courts, a sport court perfect for a game of hoops, and a paved walking path that winds its way through the subdivision.

The Longview Farm Homeowners Association works hard to make home ownership easy and stress-free.

Trash service and recycling fees are included at no extra cost in your monthly dues. Homeowners in “The Villas” receive yard services, including lawn-mowing.
