About

Homeowners Association

Current HOA Board members are:

  • Dirk Lawson, President
  • Terry Allen, Secretary
  • Diane Quattrocchi, Treasurer
  • Debbie Collins, Holdover Director
  • Mike Krogh, Holdover Director
  • Laura Hildreth, Holdover Director
  • Matt Knehans, Holdover Director

In addition to the board, several volunteers lead and run committees to complete projects. Thanks to volunteer efforts, we keep our costs low, and as a result have reserve funds to replace or repair facilities such as the tennis courts and swimming pool.

We take pride in our community and ask that all residents adhere to the bylaws. We take reports from neighbors and also have a few board members drive the neighborhood about once per month to assess possible violations. If your home is found to violate you will be contacted, and given a written notice to rectify the problem, and ample time to respond including the opportunity to speak to the board. If a homeowner fails to rectify the problem, a lien will be assessed. This occurs very rarely. Our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) list all the rules that apply specifically to our neighborhood.
